What is the Global Victoria Intellect Program?

The Global Victoria Intellect Program (GVIP) is a virtual, two-week program enabling Victoria-based exporters to gain market research intelligence from teams of international and domestic university students currently studying in Victoria.

Tap into Victoria's deep talent pool of international students – at no cost to you!

GVIP gives you the opportunity to tap into Victoria's vast network of smart and diverse future leaders who will provide a robust understanding of international markets.

Each participating company will be allocated a group of students (hand-picked by us) to work on delivering valuable market research for their organisation.

Students are guided through an online structured market research process, which will generate valuable insights and data relevant to your company brief.

Student teams will collectively put in over 150 hours to work on your project.

At no cost to you or your business, GVIP offers a viable solution to value add international market research projects for your business.

What's the buzz about GVIP?

"Thanks again with all your help and assigning us to the very talented team we had the pleasure to work with. This report will give us the confidence to pursue the Singapore market and has given us direction on where we can start." Ecoduct - Singapore Market

"It provides a clear picture of what consumers are looking for when they come to purchase abalone products. Information such as the analysis of different retailers, current market conditions, packaging feedback and recommendations for entering the market are helpful to our business marketing strategy. Thanks to the team for your efforts." Som Abalone - Vietnam Market

“Based on the Singapore Market Research study by our student team as part of GVIP we have joined a Singaporean Building Association and are working with them to set up an office locally." Australian Turntables - Singapore Market

"The students did an amazing job and went out of their way ask me all the questions that I didn't know that I would need to answer. They put a lot of effort and time in preparing the report by coming to see our factory. If I had an option to give feedback, I would be here all day and all night giving the feedback - just amazing!

Thank you very much for all your support all your efforts put into the project. I would encourage the government to keep these programs going to assist businesses on the export market. The potential is huge and opportunities are limitless. Once again, from the staff of Picnic Dairy Foods, thank you very much for all your effort and time and persistence, and most importantly your patience with myself. Looking forward to seeing these programs and government initiatives in the future." Picnic Dairy Foods - Indonesia Market
