Global Victoria Intellect Program

Register an expression of interest for the Global Victoria Intellect Program

What is the Global Victoria Intellect Program?

Delivered entirely virtually in partnership with Practera, the Global Victoria Intellect Program (GVIP) is a two-week program providing Victorian export businesses an invaluable opportunity to gain market research intelligence from student teams at Victorian universities.

Tap into Victoria's deep pool of skilled and talented students

Businesses will be allocated student teams (selected by Global Victoria) with a robust understanding of international markets to work on delivering valuable market research.

Teams will be guided through a structured online market research process to generate valuable insights and data relevant to your company brief, and your market of interest.

What types of businesses can register for GVIP?

Current and aspiring Victorian-based export businesses are encouraged to register an expressions of interest (EOI) for the program.
Spaces are limited, and each EOI will undergo evaluation at the discretion of Global Victoria.

How much does it cost to participate?

Participation in the GVIP program is completely free.

How much commitment is expected from me?

We get that running a business is more than a full-time job! GVIP offers participants flexibility around the level of their commitment to the program.

What are GVIP participants saying about the program?

"Thanks again with all your help and assigning us to the very talented team we had the pleasure to work with. This report will give us the confidence to pursue the Singapore market and has given us direction on where we can start."
Ecoduct - Singapore Market

"It provides a clear picture of what consumers are looking for when they come to purchase abalone products. Information such as the analysis of different retailers, current market conditions, packaging feedback and recommendations for entering the market are helpful to our business marketing strategy. Thanks to the team for your efforts."
Som Abalone - Vietnam Market

“Based on the Singapore Market Research study by our student team as part of GVIP we have joined a Singaporean Building Association and are working with them to set up an office locally."
Australian Turntables - Singapore Market

"The students did an amazing job and went out of their way ask me all the questions that I didn't know that I would need to answer. They put a lot of effort and time in preparing the report by coming to see our factory. If I had an option to give feedback, I would be here all day and all night giving the feedback - just amazing!

Thank you very much for all your support all your efforts put into the project. I would encourage the government to keep these programs going to assist businesses on the export market. The potential is huge and opportunities are limitless. Once again, from the staff of Picnic Dairy Foods, thank you very much for all your effort and time and persistence, and most importantly your patience with myself. Looking forward to seeing these programs and government initiatives in the future."
