Global Victoria is delighted to be supporting the Australia Africa Chamber of Commerce (AACC) to deliver a 12-month Africa METS Accelerator Program.
The project will help Victorian mining, equipment, and technology services (METS) exporters foster new and fruitful business ties with Australian mining companies operating in Africa’s most active resource-based economies.
Country and market-specific insights, strategising sessions, virtual trade missions, and business matching services will be launched underneath this new program, aimed to position Victorian METS companies as globally competitive and help them break into bigger markets.
The AACC looks forward to building upon its established relationships with business and energy councils in Africa, as well as activating awareness and mobilising the Victorian METS community to reap the benefits embedded within this unique opportunity.
Participants in this program can look forward to benefiting from the unique expertise and advisory services held by the AACC, which are uniquely tailored to the African context.
About the AACC
The AACC has established itself as the peak body for bilateral trade and investment between Australia and Africa by creating solid partnerships and alliances that together provide powerful contacts and connections to achieve such ends.
The AACC is part of the International Chamber House (ICH) which supports the delivery of the Victorian Government's international engagement efforts. Engagement with growth markets is vitally important to the performance of the Victorian economy.
