Global Victoria is leading a delegation of Victorian beauty and wellness brands to exhibit at Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna in March 2025.

Building on the momentum of our previous successful trade mission programs to Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna in 2023 and 2024, the Melbourne, Australia Pavilion is back at Cosmoprof Bologna in 2025 from 20 - 22 March. Be part of the excitement and submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate today.

Please keep in mind that submitting an EOI doesn't mean businesses are automatically accepted into the program. We evaluate each EOI to ensure it aligns with the program's goals.

What types of businesses should apply?

Victorian beauty, wellness and personal care companies that are currently exporting ,or are export ready are invited to submit an EOI. Please note that your products must be compliant in Europe, or you should be in the process of obtaining compliance before applying.

Why you should apply

Australian beauty brands are taking the world by storm, with strong demand from the UK and Europe for our unique offerings. As a leading cosmetic consumer, this region presents a substantial opportunity for Victorian brands to showcase their brands on the international stage.

What's included?

Participating companies will have the chance to connect with a global network of buyers, from major retailers and distributors in the UK, Europe, and beyond. This landmark event is a must-attend for anyone seeking to stay ahead of the curve in the beauty industry, discover the latest trends, and strengthen international partnerships.

Global Victoria will fund the majority of the costs of the Melbourne, Australia Pavilion at Cosmoprof Bologna. Each approved company will be required to contribute to the costs of participation of approximately AUD 1,500 (exact amount TBC).

What's not included?

Global Victoria will not pay for:

  • visas
  • airfares
  • accommodation
  • travel insurance
  • meals outside the program events and functions that are not hosted and/or co-supported by Global Victoria
  • ground transport such as taxis, Uber and public transport
