Applications are now open for Victorian food and non-alcoholic* beverage companies to exhibit at Food & Hospitality China (FHC) 2026.

What types of businesses should apply?

Global Victoria encourages applications from export-ready Victorian food and non-alcoholic beverage companies that are preferably:

  • Travelling in-person
  • Represented by in-market teams or distribution partners

FHC 2026 is best suited to food and beverage companies seeking to engage buyers and distributors in the retail, food service and hospitality channels, particularly businesses already exporting to China or with previous market exposure. The event may also be appropriate for export-ready companies preparing to enter the market and looking to establish commercial connections in these sectors.

*Note, Victorian alcoholic beverage companies (including spirits) that are interested in applying for a trade mission to China are encouraged to apply to ProWine Shanghai 2026, occurring concurrently. Wine Victoria members accepted to ProWine Shanghai 2026 are eligible for a 50% subsidy through the Wine Export Program, supported by Global Victoria. Further information is available here.
