Take your tech to the world's biggest stage.

Global Victoria is looking for Victorian tech companies ready to make their mark in the UK and Europe. Applications are now open for our June 2026 technology trade mission. Two landmark events, one extraordinary opportunity.

Note: Updates on application outcomes will be communicated no later than COB Friday 13 March 2026.

London Tech Week

Europe's largest tech festival brings together 20,000+ government leaders, corporate heavyweights, senior investors and rising stars from across the globe. For nine consecutive years, Global Victoria has taken Victorian companies to London Tech Week (LTW), and the business outcomes speak for themselves.

If you're serious about breaking into the European market, this is where you need to be.

Viva Technology, Paris

The world's most exciting start-up and tech event returns for its eighth edition at Expo Porte de Versailles. Viva Technology (VivaTech) is where entrepreneurs, executives, investors and innovators come together to collaborate, pitch and showcase what's next.

Global Victoria has been part of it for three consecutive years, and our Victorian delegates keep coming back for good reason.

What types of businesses should apply?

Victorian companies with software and services capabilities across all technology sub-sectors, including AI, Big Data, Cybersecurity, Sustainable Tech, Creative Tech and Digital Infrastructure are invited to apply.

To be eligible, your company should:

  • have been operating for at least three years
  • ideally employ at least eight FTEs
  • demonstrate clear goals for doing business in the UK

Flexibility is built into the mission. You can apply for LTW, VivaTech, or both.

Why you should apply

This mission is built around outcomes.

You'll come back with sharper market insights, potential new leads and opened doors.

Whether you're scoping the UK market or ready to accelerate an existing push into Europe, the connections and intel you gain are the kind that take years to build on your own. Our teams' expertise and in-market connections help compress that timeline.

Why the UK and Europe?

The UK has been identified as a high target market for technology.

The annual Victorian ICT survey demonstrates the UK is the second largest export destination for technology behind the United States of America.

The strength in interest for the UK market by Victorian technology businesses is likely to grow as a result of the Australia-United Kingdom (UK) Free Trade Agreement (FTA).  As Australia and the European Union advance negotiations to establish a FTA to further promote doing business between the two jurisdictions, the interest in doing business in Europe continues to grow amongst Victorian businesses.

The Victorian Government has strengthened its presence in the region through the establishment of a Paris office to provide increased support to Victorian companies and promote Victoria to investors and partners throughout Europe.
