It is an open, growing, and emerging market economy offering opportunities for Australian businesses willing to engage and adapt to local market conditions, cultural realities and leverage the country's unique eco-system.

The Vietnamese Government’s stated goals by 2030 are to:

  • build a digital economy worth 20 per cent of GDP
  • become a lead ASEAN digital economy
  • reach 100,000 technology firms including 10 unicorns
  • rank in the top 20 globally for AI by 2030.

Victoria has a world-class digital technologies ecosystem, which puts Victorian companies in good stead to compete for these growth opportunities.

Global Victoria is seeking applications from Victorian technology companies that are export-ready, and have a commitment to doing business in Southeast Asia. Organisations with in-market representation are also encouraged to apply.

What's not included?

Global Victoria will not cover costs for:

  • airfares and accommodation
