Four Pillars
Four Pillars was founded in 2013 by Cam, Matt and Stu, on the belief that if we focus on making gin (and only gin) that does justice to the freshness, flavours and food and drink culture of Australia, then we could make some of the best gin in the world!
From our native botanicals and our abundant fresh citrus to our seemingly endless supply of sunshine, nowhere tastes like Australia. Fast forward 12 years and Four Pillars is considered at the forefront of craft distillation having won the IWSC International Gin of the Year a record three times.

JimmyRum
The best new life directions happen at 2am, and that was no exception for JimmyRum’s founder - James McPherson.
He’d spent 20 years at sea as a marine engineer and like all good seafarers, enjoyed a good rum. The epiphany? “Australia needs to know what rum truly is”. Australians have had rum, of course, but few understood its diversity, how the taste changes depending on the local ingredients and the joy of a well-crafted ultra-premium sipping rum. James and the JimmyRum crew also believed the world needs to know “How good Australian rum can be”.
Nine years on from that 2am epiphany, JimmyRum, Victoria’s first dedicated craft rum distillery, is winning awards, locally and internationally. Its Cocktail bar & kitchen is a top local and international tourist destination of the beautiful Mornington Peninsula and we are now, leading the charge, by exporting our premium Australian rums to the world.
