Annika Neill: Assistant Director, Trade Diversification Response, Austrade
Annika is an Assistant Director at Austrade with experience across international trade, engagement and strategic communications. She has supported Australian exporters navigate major trade and supply chain disruptions through initiatives including the International Freight Assistance Mechanism, the Export Supply Chain Service and the Trade Diversification Taskforce.
Annika holds qualifications in Politics and International Studies, and Arts and Cultural Management from the University of Melbourne.
Amanda Bradfield: Director, End to End Logistics
Amanda is Director of End to End Logistics and former Head of Freight and Logistics at the Freight & Trade Alliance. She has almost 30 years of experience in international freight and logistics. Amanda is known for her deep industry knowledge, practical problem-solving approach and ability to help businesses navigate complex supply chain challenges.
Amanda is a passionate advocate for the industry. She regularly shares insights on global freight trends, logistics disruptions and trade developments.
Darren Watson: Regional Manager – UK, Europe, Middle East & Africa, International Markets, MLA
Darren has more than 25 years of expatriate and international FMCG sector executive experience. He has a deep understanding of global business, government policy and diverse cultural environments. Darren leads an international team spanning marketing, market access and the Livestock Export Program. This is delivered in partnership with LiveCorp.
The team works across industry, government and supply chain stakeholders to support long-term producer profitability and drive outcomes that enhance Australia's position as the preferred choice for red meat in global markets.
Jemima Schilling: Trade Commissioner, Austrade Africa
Jemima is the Australian Trade Commissioner to Africa. She leads teams in Accra and Nairobi to connect Australian businesses to export opportunities in Africa. Jemima has extensive experience within the Australian public sector, with a background in corporate governance, enterprise risk management, audit, business continuity management, and security.
Prior to working at Austrade, Jemima was engaged at the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) and the Department of Defence of Australia.
