The 2025 Governor of Victoria Export Awards have recognised Victoria's most outstanding exporters, celebrating businesses that are championing Victorian innovation in global markets. From groundbreaking technology to sustainable solutions, this year's winners represent the diversity and strength of our state's export ecosystem.

Reeves Envico 

Reeves Envico

The Reeves Envico Group transforms communities across the Pacific by delivering infrastructure that secures clean water, builds climate‑resilient facilities, and supports urgent mitigation efforts.

With close to 40 years of experience, Reeves Envico has established a strong presence across Kiribati, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Tuvalu, Fiji and Papua New Guinea. The company specialises in complex water systems, large‑scale civil works, and built environment projects that strengthen resilience and improve daily life.

As main contractors, Reeves Envico delivers safe water supply and wastewater treatment systems, reticulation networks and cyclone‑resistant buildings, often funded by agencies such as the Asian Development Bank. Integral to every project is local engagement, creating jobs, providing skills training, and building capacity for lasting impact.

The company currently manages 16 active projects across some of the world’s least‑visited nations, including Tuvalu, Marshall Islands, Kiribati, Micronesia and Nauru, alongside major works in Vanuatu, Fiji, Papua New Guinea and Solomon Islands. Key projects this year include the Tarawa Hospital in Kiribati, a new maternity facility in Honiara, Solomon Islands, and a desalination plant in Tarawa that will secure long‑term water access.

Last year alone, Reeves Envico exported more than 400 containers of Australian and New Zealand construction materials to support such initiatives. By combining technical excellence, sustainable solutions and community‑driven approaches, Reeves Envico Group is safeguarding futures and delivering transformative outcomes across the Pacific.

Since launching exports in 2023, Talentail has rapidly expanded into key Asian markets including China, Hong Kong, and Macau, and is actively preparing for entry into the US market.

First Nations Exporter ✨ New for 2025

Jala Jala Treats:  Jala Jala Treats is a 100% First Nations women‑owned business that celebrates Indigenous culture through premium bush food products and immersive First Nations experiences.
