2023 Government of Victoria Export Award Winners Announced.

The GOVEA 2023 Winners

On 12 October at Government House, 15 Victorian businesses, including the Global Victoria Women's Award recipient, took centre stage for championing homegrown products and services on a global arena at the 44th Governor of Victoria Export Awards.

Her Excellency Professor the Honourable Margaret Gardner AC Governor of Victoria and Minister for Economic Growth, Tim Pallas were joined by the Victorian finalists who represented the state's most innovative, resilient and successful exporters.

The awards spanned 13 categories, including International Education, Emerging Exporter, eCommerce, Sustainability and Green Economy, and Manufacturing and Advanced Materials.

This year saw first-time recipients CHEMWATCH take out the GOVEA award for their international success as a provider of comprehensive software solutions, and Small Business award winner, Molecule2Market for their global success as a clinical research organisation. Sisters Bianca and Bridgett Roccisano were recognised as the GOVEA Emerging Exporter for their product Booby Tape International - the world's first skincare brand designed specifically for breasts.

Victoria Harvey from HealthGuard received the Global Victoria Women's Award - one of two Victorian-only awards. She was recognised for her success in creating new opportunities and enhancing the company’s internationally recognised and trusted brand. With a grand vision for the future, Victoria is actively working towards establishing an office and warehouse in India, further expanding the company’s presence in key markets.

SR Portables was crowned Exporter of the Year award, the second of the evening for the company who also received the Sustainability and Green Economy GOVEA.  A global leader in energy storage products and renowned for their remarkable innovation and diverse product range, SR Portables consistently push the boundaries and is committed to creating an economical, yet powerful suite of products that are more sustainable and viable, both commercially and technically.
