About the 2025 Vic Expo

The 2025 Vic Expo Shenzhen program aims to help Victorian businesses registered with Vic House opportunities to explore and develop new and exciting business partnerships in China's emerging cities.

Participants will connect with a select group of stakeholders, including representatives from premium retail chains, leading import distributors, influential eCommerce platforms, and key decision-makers in the food service industry—particularly from 5-star hotels and renowned restaurant groups.

Participation in the 2025 Vic Expo Shenzhen will open new doors and forge invaluable business relationships for Victorian businesses, helping to propel your export success in the South China market.

Who should apply?

What’s included?

Global Victoria will support costs during the Vic Expo, including the exhibition stand, marketing and branding in the Victorian Government’s Mini App program, B2B and networking events, and functions.

What's not included?

It is the participants' responsibility to manage and fund the following:

  • Visa
  • Airfares
  • Accommodation
  • Travel Insurance
  • Public liability insurance
  • Marketing and collaterals
  • Meals outside the program events and functions that are not hosted and/or co-supported by the Victorian Government
  • Ground transport/s in Shenzhen and within China i.e. taxi, uber, train etc
  • Freight – shipment and storing of product samples.

  • All registrations will be reviewed by Global Victoria for suitability
  • Applicants will be notified if accepted
  • Once confirmation of your approval is received, Global Victoria will work with you to ensure you are prepared to make the most of this opportunity
