About Vic House Expo
Vic House Expo is an exclusive showcase providing Victorian companies with premium exhibition space to reconnect with your distributors, build new partnerships and excite potential customers in China.
This select group includes representatives from premium retail chains, leading import distributors, influential eCommerce platforms, and key decision-makers in the food service industry, notably 5-star hotels and renowned restaurant groups.
Participation in 2026 Vic House Expo opens new doors and forges invaluable business relationships for Victorian businesses, helping to propel your export success in the Chinese market.
What types of businesses should apply?
Existing Vic House participating and export-ready companies in the Food & Beverage (F&B) category are encouraged to apply.
Please note only F&B businesses are eligible for this program.
Due to limited exhibition space, there is a cap of 60 exhibitors for the Expo.
We'll prioritise companies that are export-ready, with products that align with the demands of the China market, a long-term vision for growth, and the ability to send a representative to the market to engage with potential buyers and stakeholders.

Companies will be notified of their acceptance by 10 April 2026. Once confirmation of your approval is received, Global Victoria will work with you to ensure you're prepared to make the most of the opportunity.

What’s included?
The Vic House Food & Beverage Expo 2026 will be expanded to a full dedicated day, and promises an enhanced experience featuring brand showcases, engaging cooking demonstrations, and targeted B2B business matching sessions.
Global Victoria will support costs during the Vic House Expo, including the exhibition stand, marketing and branding in Victorian Government’s Mini App Program, Business matching and networking events.
What's not included?
It is the participants' responsibility to manage and fund the following:
- Visa
- Airfares
- Accommodation
- Travel Insurance
- Public liability insurance
- Marketing and collateral
- Meals outside the program events and functions that are not hosted and/or co-supported by the Victorian Government
- Ground transport in Shanghai and within China i.e. taxi, uber, train etc
- Freight – shipment and storing of product samples
